We want you to be completely satisfied with your Industrie AU purchase. If you change your mind, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Post Your Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
